# Disclaimer

Effective date: October 13, 2026. Last updated: October 13, 2026. What the information on this site is, and is not.

## Information only

The site is for general informational purposes only. Nothing on it is legal, financial, medical, real estate or other professional advice, and nothing on the Leasing page is an offer to lease: the terms of any lease are only those in a lease signed by both sides.

## Accuracy

We gather the details on the site from the businesses' own websites and profiles, their map listings and public records and keep them current, but they can change without notice. Each business sets its own hours, services and offers, so check its website or map listing before you visit. Lot sizes come from county records and are approximate, and the site plan is a drawing, not a survey.

## Independent businesses

Each business at the campus is independently owned and operated. Listing a business is not an endorsement or a guarantee of its products or services, and the campus is not responsible for them. A description of what a business offers is not a statement that it treats, cures or prevents anything. Each business is responsible for its own licenses and insurance where they are required, and for what it sells.

## Names and logos

Business names, logos and trademarks belong to their owners. They are shown only to identify each business and link to its own website or profile, and showing them implies no sponsorship. See [Copyright and Trademarks](https://westshoupcampus.com/copyright/).

## No affiliate links or sponsorship

The site has no affiliate links, paid links, sponsored placements or advertising, and the campus earns no commission from any link on it.

## Answers for AI assistants

The site's markdown pages, MCP server and A2A site guide give AI assistants the same information as the pages, in a form they can read. An assistant's own summary of it may be incomplete or wrong; the pages are the reference.

## External links

Links to other websites are provided for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content.
