At 608, 664 and 676 Shoup Ave W, Twin Falls, ID 83301, on the north side of the street from Martin St on the east to just west of Halsted St, with Clouchek Ave behind the buildings. ### Which building is which? 608 Shoup Ave W is the east building, beside Martin St. 664 Shoup Ave W is the middle building, just east of Halsted St. 676 Shoup Ave W is the west building, across Halsted St. The directory shows each business's building and suite. ### Is there parking? Yes. Paved parking areas are beside and between the buildings, including along both sides of Halsted St. The Visit page has arrival tips. ### How do I find a business in the right suite? Use the building number and the suite number together in your map app. The building number tells you which building, and the suite tells you which door. TF Handy Wash, the self-service laundromat at 664 Shoup Ave W, describes itself on its own website as open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Downtown Twin Falls is about 1.7 miles by car, the College of Southern Idaho about 2.6 miles and the I-84 Twin Falls interchange (Exit 173) about 7.3 miles, measured October 13, 2026. The City of Twin Falls zones every campus parcel Commercial (COM). Under the City's table of uses, shops, restaurants, professional offices, barber and cosmetology services and self-service laundromats are permitted uses there. Confirm your own use with City Planning and Zoning first. The Zoning and uses page has the details. ### How big is the property? Three buildings on three lots that cover about 2 acres in total. Each building page lists what is known about its building. ### Is West Shoup Campus in a flood zone? FEMA's National Flood Hazard Layer shows all three parcels in Zone X, an area of minimal flood hazard, on map panel 16083C1378C, effective September 26, 2008. A lender or insurer makes its own flood determination, so ask yours. ### How much traffic is on the nearby roads? Shoup Ave W itself has no state traffic count. The Idaho Transportation Department's 2025 counts are 18,500 vehicles a day on Addison Ave (US 93 Business) from Martin St east to 2nd Ave N, 15,000 a day on the short stretch of Addison Ave just west of Martin St, south of the campus, and 1,400 a day on Martin St. ### How many people live nearby? The American Community Survey for 2020 to 2024 counts 54,164 people in the city of Twin Falls and 63,592 in ZIP code 83301, which reaches beyond the city. ### How many businesses are in Twin Falls County?
