# Maintenance request

For tenants: tell the property about a problem in your suite or on the grounds, with photos if you can.

## Emergencies first

**For fire, smoke, a gas smell, flooding or anything dangerous, call [911](tel:911) first.** Do not use this form for an emergency.

Then the utilities, with the numbers each one gives on its own website (read October 13, 2026):

## Send a maintenance request

For current tenants. The request goes to the property and its maintenance staff, who will contact you about it. Fields marked required must be filled in.

### How do I report a problem with the property at West Shoup Campus?

Tenants can report a problem in a suite or on the grounds with the maintenance request form, with up to five photos. For fire, smoke, a gas smell, flooding or anything dangerous, call 911 first. If a request is urgent, also call (208) 420-6328. For a problem inside a business you are visiting, such as a broken machine at TF Handy Wash, contact that business through its own website.
