Where is West Shoup Campus?
At 608, 664 and 676 Shoup Ave W, Twin Falls, ID 83301, on the north side of the street from Martin St on the east to just west of Halsted St, with Clouchek Ave behind the buildings.
Which building is which?
608 Shoup Ave W is the east building, beside Martin St. 664 Shoup Ave W is the middle building, just east of Halsted St. 676 Shoup Ave W is the west building, across Halsted St. The directory shows each business's building and suite.
Is there parking?
Yes. Paved parking areas are beside and between the buildings, including along both sides of Halsted St. The Visit page has arrival tips.
How do I find a business in the right suite?
Use the building number and the suite number together in your map app. The building number tells you which building, and the suite tells you which door. Each business's own website or map listing, linked from the directory, gives its hours.

What kinds of business can operate here?
The City of Twin Falls zones all three parcels Commercial (COM). Under the City's table of uses, shops, restaurants, professional offices, barber and cosmetology services and self-service laundromats are permitted uses there. What do I need to open a business in Twin Falls?
The City says all businesses need to register with the Idaho Secretary of State and may also need an Idaho Sales/Use Tax number. Depending on the business and the space, City permits and a state license may also apply. The Tenant resources page links each official office.
Do I need a permit for a sign?
