Maintenance request
For tenants: tell the property about a problem in your suite or on the grounds, with photos if you can.
Emergencies first
For fire, smoke, a gas smell, flooding or anything dangerous, call 911 first. Do not use this form for an emergency.
Then the utilities, with the numbers each one gives on its own website (read October 13, 2026):

- To report a power outage, call Idaho Power (for a downed power line, stay at least 100 feet away and call 911): (208) 388-2323. Source: Idaho Power outage center.
- For a water emergency after hours or on a weekend, call the City of Twin Falls's 24-hour repair line (or 3-1-1): (208) 735-4357. Source: City of Twin Falls Water Distribution.
Send a maintenance request
For current tenants. The request goes to the property and its maintenance staff, who will contact you about it. Fields marked required must be filled in.
What happens to what you send, photos included: the maintenance request form in the privacy policy.
The code in your building
Scan this code with a phone camera to open this page. The property may post a card with it in each building; each building's card opens this form with that building already chosen.
Questions and answers
How do I report a problem with the property at West Shoup Campus?
Tenants can report a problem in a suite or on the grounds with the maintenance request form, with up to five photos. For fire, smoke, a gas smell, flooding or anything dangerous, call 911 first. If a request is urgent, also call (208) 420-6328. For a problem inside a business you are visiting, such as a broken machine at TF Handy Wash, contact that business through its own website.
