Terms of Use
Effective date: October 13, 2026. Last updated: October 13, 2026. Please read these terms before using the site.
Agreement
These terms apply to the website of West Shoup Campus at westshoupcampus.com (the site), including its markdown pages, discovery files and the read-only endpoints for AI assistants. By using the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
What the site is
The site gives information about the campus: its buildings, who is here, where it is, how to get there and how to ask about space for lease. It sells nothing and takes no bookings, orders, applications or payments. Each business at the campus is independently owned and operated, and its own website, terms and policies apply to anything you buy or book from it.
Acceptable use
You may read, link to and quote the site, and search engines and AI assistants may crawl it as its robots.txt allows. Do not try to break, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting, get around its rate limits, or use it to mislead anyone about the campus or its businesses.
Intellectual property
The site's text, design and site plan drawing belong to the campus, except the street data, which is © OpenStreetMap contributors. The business names and logos belong to the businesses and are shown to identify them and link to their own websites and profiles.
User content
The site accepts no user-submitted content: it has no forms, comments or uploads. If you send us a suggestion or correction by email, you grant us a license to use it to answer you and to improve the site.
Third-party links
Links to the businesses' websites and profiles, Google Maps, Apple Maps and other sites are for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.
Disclaimer of warranties
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Details about the businesses can change: check with a business before you visit. See the Disclaimer.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the campus and its owners and management are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or any loss arising from your use of the site or your reliance on it. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not all apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the campus and its owners and management against claims arising from your misuse of the site or your breach of these terms.
Termination
We may change, suspend or end the site, or block access by anyone who misuses it, at any time. These terms still apply to anything that happened before.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict of law rules. The state and federal courts for Twin Falls County, Idaho, have jurisdiction over any dispute about the site, and you agree to their jurisdiction.
Dispute resolution
If you have a concern about the site, please contact us first, so we can try to resolve it informally. There is no arbitration clause and no class-action waiver in these terms; a dispute we cannot resolve goes to the courts named above.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top says when they last changed.
